The Human System Reset™ Method

Why the Method Exists

Standard physical therapy was built to treat injuries. Not systems.

Most pain treatment works like this: you hurt in a location, the provider treats that location, and you improve temporarily — until the same overload pattern recreates the same injury. The location changes. The pattern never does.

The Human System Reset™ method was developed after years of observing this cycle. Dr. Wu built a four-phase protocol that systematically identifies the true driver, removes the barriers to healing, retrains movement, and reinforces the changes — so they hold under the demands of real life.

Most treatment starts where the pain is. I start where the pain comes from. Using AI-assisted movement analysis and full-body clinical assessment, I map every compensation pattern, mobility restriction, and load deficit in your system — not just the area that hurts.

Before you can rebuild, you have to let go.

Chronic tension, fascial adhesions, and inflammatory tissue are physical barriers to recovery. I remove them layer by layer — from the surface down to the structural level — using the most advanced non-invasive technologies available.

Removing restriction isn't enough — the nervous system still has to learn new patterns. The Restore phase retrains movement: activating dormant muscles, correcting compensation patterns, and rebuilding the neuromuscular pathways that make pain-free movement automatic.

How long is a typical Human System Reset™ program?+

Most clients complete the full 4R cycle in 6–12 sessions over 6–10 weeks, depending on chronicity, goals, and how quickly tissue responds. Some complex cases take longer. I don't set arbitrary timelines — I progress based on your body's response.

Is this different from regular physical therapy?+

Standard PT often focuses on the symptom site with generic exercise protocols. The Human System Reset™ method starts with a system-wide assessment, applies targeted technology to clear barriers, and then rebuilds movement from the root. Every session is one-on-one with Dr. Wu — no aides, no machines without explanation.

What if I've already had PT that didn't work?+

That's actually the most common scenario I see. Prior PT often helped temporarily but didn't identify the true driver. The assessment phase alone frequently reveals compensations and restrictions that previous providers missed.

Do all four phases happen every session?+

Not necessarily. Early sessions focus more on REVEAL and RELEASE. As tissue responds, I shift emphasis toward RESTORE and REINFORCE. But every session is adapted in real time based on how your body responds that day.

Is this covered by insurance?+
